Processing Time

Most of our products will be shipped within no more than 5 working days.

However, some of the products available are made to order, that is, there may be no existing stock and the product will be ordered from the factory or, even, produced specifically for the Customer. This will happen, for instance, with cork fabric, burel by the meter, the lap desks and the lamps. As such, delivery is not immediate and the average processing time is shown next to each article.

In case the product is in stock, it may be limited to a certain number of copies. Replacement is dependent on production and may not be immediate.

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, dimensions and total volume of the order and will always be calculated before the order is finalised.

For most of the orders, we work with CTT (Portuguese Postal Services) trackable mail. Shipping time varies depending on the country of destination. The average shippings time is shown next to each article. In case you prefer an express service, please get in touch, and we'll inform you about the alternatives. 

For orders longer than 1 linear meter /yard or heavier than 2kgs, we will offer a different service. Depending on final destination, it may be CTT Expresso, the parcel service of CTT or GLS. These options may include an insurance. 

We will never be responsible for not delivered order, unless an insurance was included, and refunds will not include shipping costs.

If you live outside the European Union, you should be aware that customs may charge you additional duties. These rates are not our responsibility and vary by country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
